How is your fitness?

There are two things I want you to contemplate, the first is;

            YOU are important.

And the second thing is;

            What is good for you is important.

 

Because YOU are the master of your own SELF, having a game plan to succeed is crucial. There is no plan without a goal, a written goal in this case, for what you want to be in your life. This is not for now but for your future should you live to 80, 90 or 100. The word fitness is often interpreted to mean physical fitness.  However, there are many types of fitness you should consider like nutritional, spiritual, relationship, financial and time management fitness. That is not to mean that physical fitness is not important because I would consider my own personal state of fitness to be of paramount importance. Your fitness in all these areas is critical to your future well-being and having goals in these areas will only allow greater happiness later in life.

 

If there is no specific place to end up then maybe just anywhere will do. But if you want to be in a specific place then you need a map to that exact spot. Goal setting for your life may need to begin with you deciding YOU are worth investing in. When you matter, goals matter. You can begin by making a list of what you really, really, really want in life. Consider that you will live to be 100, play that game with me and if you make it you will be happier prepared than just going along with the way it is.  

           

If you want to know what you really really want, you have to ask yourself what makes you happy. If you want to know what makes you happy, you have to ask yourself who you really are. If you want to know who you really are, you have to become quiet and look into your heart to find yourself. Go inside.

 

To get where you have never been you may have to do something you have never done.
